75cl / 64.5% – The 2020 release of Thomas H Handy Sazerac from Buffalo Trace, this fruity, spicy rye whiskey was distilled in 2014. The palate offers notes of toffee, honeyed raisins, cinnamon and clove, with hints of coconut, candied fruit and nutmeg lingering in the finish.
