70cl / 40% – Distilled at the Boann distillery in County Mead, Ireland, this small batch whiskey was originally aged in ex-bourbon barrels, followed by a six-month stint in Oloroso sherry casks. The result is an expression that offers notes of salted caramel, vanilla, light oak spices, zesty citrus and honeyed nuts throughout the palate.
