70cl / 47.7% / Gordon & MacPhail – Dark gold in colour, this impressive Tamdhu was matured in a refill American hogshead for half a century before being bottled by Gordon & MacPhail as part of its Private Collection. There are rich aromas of toffee, leather and cocoa powder on the nose, with violet flowers and notes of passionfruit, raspberry and toasted almond on the palate.
