Description
70cl / 56% – The first single cask expression from The Oxford Artisan distillery. This fruity, spicy rye whisky is made with a mash bill of 70% rye, 20% wheat and 10% malted barley matured for one-and-a-half years in new American oak, followed by two years and nine months in a tawny Port pipe. The result is a complex whisky with a palate of festive spices, crème brûlée, prunes, toasted cereals and peppercorns.
