70cl / 48.2% / Signatory – This single malt expresses a fruit and nut character derived from its 11 years of maturation in ex-sherry and ex-bourbon casks. This release was bottled by Signatory and offer aromas of freshly baked flapjack, coconut oil and toasted pecan on the nose, leading to notes of tarte Tatin , peach compote and roasted chestnuts throughout the palate.
