70cl / 56.5% / The Cooper’s Choice – A 2011 Miltonduff single malt from independent bottler The Vintage Malt Whisky Co. that was matured in a single ex-bourbon barrel for a decade, before being bottled in 2021 as part of its Cooper’s choice series. Aromas of buttery pastry, baked apples, vanilla and orange zest fill the nose, complemented by notes of warm flapjacks, sweet malt, vanilla fudge, toasted oak, apricot and lemon zest throughout the palate.
