70cl / 58.3% / Gordon & MacPhail – A 2003 Macallan single malt from independent bottler Gordon & MacPhail that was matured in a single sherry cask until it was bottled in 2022 as part of the Speymalt series. Rich aromas of cinnamon, nutmeg, clove, orange peel, dried fruit and Christmas cake fill the nose, complemented by notes of summer berries, charred oak, fruitcake, ginger spice, dark chocolate and raisins throughout the palate.
