70cl / 56.3% / Signatory – A 1997 Linkwood single malt, bottled exclusively for The Whisky Exchange by indie bottler Signatory Vintage in October 2022, that was matured in a single hogshead for 25 years. Aromas of cream-filled pastries, apples, pears, kiwi, vanilla and buttered bread fill the nose, followed by notes of boiled sweets, crisp apples, poached pear, sweet orange and baking spice throughout the palate.
