70cl / 63.3% / Distillery Bottling – A cask strength Island single malt from Highland Park that is matured predominantly in sherry-seasoned American oak casks hand-selected by master whisky-maker Gordon Motion. The nose is sweet and smoky, with aromas of violets, vanilla pods and aromatic peat smoke. The palate offers notes of soft toffee, heather honey, freshly-grated nutmeg and orange zest that linger in the finish.
