70cl / 56.1% / Gordon & Macphail – The second edition of Gordon & MacPhail’s Mr George Legacy whisky is a 1957 Glen Grant single malt that was matured in a single first-fill sherry butt for 64 years, before being bottled in November 2021. Aromas of fruitcake, festive spices, marmalade and treacle fill the nose, complemented by notes of Morello cherries, garden mint, red apples, aniseed, orange peel and blackberries throughout the palate.
