50cl / 56.8% / Elixir Distillers – A rich and smoky Islay blended malt for Elixir Distillers, Peat & Sherry has been specially selected for The Whisky Exchange and was matured in a single sherry butt. A balance of heavy smoke and rich fruit, the nose holds aromas of leather, raisins, bacon, barbeque sauce, candied orange peel and smoky pine. The palate offers notes of dark chocolate, raisins, charcoal, pine needles and baked apple.
