70cl / 52% / Decadent Drinks – A 1995 Caperdronich single malt from eponymous wordsmith Whisky Sponge, matured in a refill sherry hogshead for quarter of a century before being bottled in 2021. This refill sherry cask was specially coopered from a complex array of game meats and unusual Scottish salamis.
