70cl / 58.6% / Signatory – A 2013 Caol Ila single malt, bottled exclusively for The Whisky Exchange by indie bottler Signatory Vintage in October 2022, that was finished in a first-fill sherry butt and bottled at nine-years-old. Aromas of burnt fruit cake, dark chocolate, buttered malt load, liquorice, Eccles cakes and smoke fill the nose, complemented by notes of dark chocolate truffles, orange, lime, autumn bonfires, sweet pastry, liquorice and blackcurrant jam throughout the palate.
