70cl / 50% / Distillery Bottling – The 2011-vintage Bruichladdich Organic Barley is made with barley from Mid Coul farm in Inverness, Scotland, that is grown without pesticides or artificial fertilisers. Aromas of crème brulee, cantaloupe melon, mint leaves and lemon rind fill the nose, complemented by notes of toasted oak, creamy barley, vanilla fudge, ripe pear, golden syrup and salty sea air throughout the palate.
