70cl / 58.9% / Distillery Bottling – A small-batch Ballechin single malt from Edradour distillery that was matured in a combination of first-fill bourbon barrels and second-fill oloroso sherry butts for 15 years, before being bottled in 2022. Smoky and rich, the palate offers notes of autumn berries, baking spices, earthy peat, oaky vanilla, crystallised ginger and rich smoke that linger in the finish.
