70cl / 46% / Distillery Bottling – This limited-edition single malt from Ardbeg distillery – Drum – was released for Ardbeg Day, during Feis Ile 2019. Matured in ex-bourbon casks and rested in ex-rum casks, this is a funky, flamboyant whisky. The nose is full of ripe banana, pineapple, cocoa and woodsmoke aromas, with hints of fresh ginger, cinnamon and lavender developing slowly.
