70cl / 43.14% – From Drogheda’s Boann Distillery, this vibrant blended Irish whiskey is aged initially for 3-4 years in bourbon barrels, before being finished in rejuvenated, recharred casks previously used to age Cognac, lending the finished whiskey characteristic notes of dried fruits and spice.
