This complex, layered profile is achieved by combining Dalmore single malts finished in a dizzying array of cask types including sherry butts from the legendary Gonzales Byass, French red wine barriques, calvados barrels and American white oak casks. A great composition from master whisky maker Gregg Glass that progresses the oak-focused style introduced to Dalmore by the legendary Richard Paterson OBE.
