70cl / 46% / Distillery Bottling – This limited-release from the Spirit of Yorkshire distillery was finished in ex-Islay whisky casks, which give a lightly peated, coastal influence in the glass. You’ll find a sweet malty aroma and notes of lemon shortbread, orchard fruit and grassy peat smoke.
