Distilled at Caol Ila in 2002, this 16-year-old single malt was bottled in November 2018 for Gordon & MacPhail's Connoisseurs Choice series. A creamy, sweet whisky, it has gentle aromas of vanilla, ripe banana, lemon zest and savoury peat smoke. The palate initially offers notes of pineapple, chilli flakes and honey-cured meats, before candied tropical fruits and rich bonfire smoke.
