The Whisky Boys are looking forward to a full 2013, if it is as good as 2012 then what a Whisky year we have ahead of us.
I really enjoyed the Whyte & Mackay 13 this year as well. So very smooth, and loved the way the flavors all melded together. Great pick.
Totally agree with you on the Aberlour A’Bunadh, that stuff is soooo good!
I also agree with The Pot Still as an amazing bar. I had the pleasure of rubbing elbows with some locals over some incredible whisky at that place when I visited Edinburgh a few years back. In the States it’s hard to imagine a bar that runs all the way to the ceiling loaded with some of the finest Scotches available (I think Jack Rose Saloon in D.C. is the closest I’ve seen here).

Sorry, when I visited Glasgow…not Edinburgh!
