A 1980 Tormore single malt from independent bottler Gordon & MacPhail, matured in a single refill bourbon barrel for 40 years, before being bottled in October 2020 as part of its Private Collection. Aromas of pineapple and guava, coconut, toffee and mature oak spice fill the nose, complemented by notes of white pepper, baked apple, grapefruit, lime and honeydew melon throughout the palate.
