A 1996 Tobermory single malt from indie bottler Douglas Laing, matured in a refill hogshead for more than two decades, before being bottled in March 2020 as part of its Old Particular series. Aromas of buttery pastry, green apple, sultanas and sweet malt. The palate offers notes of fruit scones, brown sugar and chocolate shavings, with hints of toffee and marmalade lingering in the finish.
