A 2000 Sutherland single malt from indie bottler Berry Bros & Rudd, made at a mystery distillery and matured for two decades in a single hogshead before being bottled in 2021. Aromas of sweet flowers, honeycomb, beeswax and apples fill the nose, complemented by notes of tarte tatin, almonds, honeysuckle, tobacco leaves and wisps of wood smoke throughout the palate.
