A 2008 Strathmill single malt from indie bottler Douglas Laing, matured in a single refill hogshead or 12 years, before being bottled as part of its Old Particular series. Aromas of maple syrup, porridge, brown sugar and citrus fill the nose, complemented by notes of barley, fudge, mocha, vanilla and burnt orange throughout the palate.
