A 2007 Speyburn single malt from indie bottler Douglas Laing, matured in a single refill hogshead for 12 years. before being bottled in October 2019 as part of its Provenance series. Aromas of sweet barley, honeycomb, toasted oak and creamy cereal fill the nose, complemented by notes of vanilla pods, syrup-covered pancakes, butter, allspice and wood shavings throughout the palate.
