A 1988 Scapa single malt from independent bottler Gordon & MacPhail, matured in a single refill bourbon barrel for more than 30 years, before being bottled in December 2020 as part of its Connoisseurs Choice series. Aromas of dark honey, citrus and rich malt fill the nose, complemented by notes of black pepper, pear, tangerine, exotic fruits and charred oak throughout the palate.
