A limited-edition single pot still from Method and Madness that was initially matured in a combination of ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks, and finished in virgin Japanese chestnut casks – a first for Irish whiskey. Aromas of peppermint leaves, caramelised almonds and ground pepper fill the nose, complemented by notes of liquorice, orange zest, ripe fruit, garden herbs, roasted coffee beans, cooling menthol and lingering spices throughout the palate.
