This 25-year-old Macallan was distilled in 1993, matured in a single cask and finished in a single ex-sherry cask, before being bottled in 2018 by Signatory Vintage for its 30th Anniversary series. A refined and elegant single malt, it has sweet, fruity aromas of citrus, vanilla, spring flowers and incense. The palate offers notes of vanilla and oranges, before warm spices build and mingle with elegant oak, dried fruits and nutmeg.
