The first official expression from Kilchoman that has been fully matured in ex-Cognac casks. This heavily-peated Islay single malt was distilled in 2016 and aged in 31 Cognac barriques for around six years. The nose offers fresh aromas of orchard fruits, honey and warm spices, followed by sweet peat smoke, buttery marzipan, dried fruits and toasted oak throughout the palate.
