Made in 2007 at Kilchoman distillery, this Islay single malt has been matured in a single ex-bourbon cask for 11 years, before being bottled exclusively for The Whiskey Exchange's 20th anniversary. A sweet, smoky whisky, it has aroma of candied citrus peel, smoked almonds and capsicum. The palate offers notes of white pepper, rich butter cream and smoky bacon.
