A 2010 Kavalan Taiwanese single malt from indie bottler La Maison du Whisky, matured in a single Port cask for 10 years, before being bottled in 2020 to celebrate the 10th anniversary of its Artist series. Aromas of oak spice, lime blossom, overripe mango, passionfruit, apricot jam, black pepper, nutmeg, honeysuckle and raspberry fill the nose, complemented by notes of orange zest, pink grapefruit, heather honey, praline, candied ginger, star anise, dark chocolate, lychee and rich malted barley throughout the palate.
