This version of Jefferson’s Grand Selection has been matured in American oak casks and finished in Sauternes casks from Chateau Suduiraut. Marked on an inventory manifest from 1787 as one of Thomas Jefferson’s favourite French wines, this bourbon is full of sweet, fresh notes of grapes, citrus and delicate blossoms, as well as rich flavours of vanilla, toasted oak and sweet grains, creating a complex, balanced whiskey.
