A 2007 Glenallachie single malt that has been matured for 13 years in a single virgin oak cask before being bottled in February 2021. Sweet aromas of vanilla, plantain, apricots, orange peel, ginger and nutmeg fill the nose, complemented by notes of heather honey, treacle, figs, orange zest, cinnamon and nutmeg throughout the palate.
