A fruity, vibrant 12-year-old Glenallachie single malt that was initially matured in American oak barrels before being undergoing a secondary maturation in ruby Port pipes. Aromas of heather honey, grape must, treacle, bananas and ginger fill the nose, complemented by notes of toffee, damsons, orange peel, ginger, heather honey and grape throughout the palate.
