Matured in a single ex-bourbon cask for more than a quarter of a century, this 1992 Girvan single grain whisky was bottled by North Star Spirits in March 2019. Aromas of sweet coconut and sawdust fill the nose, and the palate offers notes of lively citrus and dark chocolate bounty bars that develop into fruity pineapple bon bons.
