Lowland grain distillery Garnheath closed back in 1986, and bottles are hard to come by – indy bottler Douglas Laing bottled this whisky at 44 years of age. Expect a nose of fresh vanilla pods, strawberry bon-bons and brioche, atop a sweet palate with notes of peaches in syrup, charred banana and toasty oak.
