A 10-year-old Edradour single malt from the eponymous wordsmith Whisky Sponge, bottled as the 2021 Spring Edition Equinox & Solstice bottling. A marriage of two 1st fill barrels of Edradour, distilled respectively in 2010 and 2003 and bottled at our preferred strength of 48.5%. The result is a spicy, fresh, rich and full-bodied dram. Ideal for a hipflask on a spring day.
