Bottled in 2020, this 2013-vintage Union Exclusive Deanston single malt was initially matured in ex-bourbon barrels and finished in organic fino sherry casks from Bodegas Robles. Complex aromas of vanilla, toffee, honey-covered apricots, dark forest berries and cinnamon fill the nose, complemented by notes of roasted hazelnuts, poached pears, tropical fruits, honey and oaky spice throughout the palate.
