A 2008 Dailuaine single malt from indie bottler Douglas Laing, matured in a single sherry butt for 12 years before being bottled in April 2020 as part of its Old Particular series. Aromas of burnt wood, peanuts, almonds, spring flowers and shortbread fill the nose, complemented by notes of crystalised ginger, raisins, black cherries and blackcurrants on the palate.
