A closed-distillery in Signatory Vintage's celebratory 30th anniversary range – a 23-year-old whisky from Caperdonich. Originally sat across the road from Glen Grant, the distillery was closed in 2002 and demolished in 2002. This 1995 vintage was matured in a refill sherry hogshead and a light touch from the cask has allowed the distillery's fruity character to shine – citrus, orchard and tropical touches.
