The fourth batch of oloroso sherry cask whisky from west London distillery Bimber. Initially matured in first-fill ex-bourbon casks to create layers of creamy vanilla and caramel, it was finished in Spanish oloroso sherry casks, giving notes of fruitcake and walnuts that linger in the finish.
