A 2009 Ballechin single malt from Edradour distiller that was matured in an ex-oloroso sherry cask for 12 years, before being bottled in May 2022. The palate is smoky and fruity, with notes of smouldering peat, vanilla pods, dried fruit, oaky spice, baking spices and black pepper that linger in the finish.
