Aged for 11 years in a Bordeaux wine cask – distilled 6 December 2005, bottled 12 September September 2017 – it combines the peat smoke and fruit of the distillery's Ballechin spirit with rich dried fruit and tannic touches from the cask. A carefully balanced dram, with dark and winey depths.
