A 2005 Aultmore single malt from independent bottler Gordon & MacPhail, matured in a single refill bourbon barrel for 15 years, before being bottled in July 2021 as part of its Connoisseurs Choice series. Aromas of green apple, lemon zest and honeysuckle fill the nose, complemented by notes of white pepper, citrus, pineapple and aniseed throughout the palate.
