The fourth release in Isle of Arran Distillers Explorers Series, Drumadoon Point is a 23-year-old single malt, inspired by the sandy beaches, grassy hills and boulders of Drumadoon Point, home of the picturesque Shiskine Golf Club. Matured in sherry puncheons from Jerez, Spain, for more than two decades, creating aromas of sweet red apples, rich malt, fresh pastries and roasted walnuts that fill the nose. The palate offers notes of cinnamon baked apples, dark chocolate, star anise and dried fruit that linger in the finish.
