The fourth release of spirit from Adelphi's Ardnamurchan distillery is a combination of two butts, six hogsheads and 21 octaves. Aromas of crème caramel, candied orange and Manuka honey fill the nose, and the palate offers notes of mango, rock salt, liquorice, maple-cured smoked bacon and smouldering peat.
