A 2007 Allt-A-Bhaine single malt from indie bottler Douglas Laing, matured for 12 years in a single refill sherry butt, before being bottled in December 2019 as part of its Old Particular series. Aromas of oak spice, burnt sugar, stewed fruit and malted barley fill the nose. The palate offers notes of rich mocha, warm pepper and soft tobacco.
