75cl / 50% / Distillery Bottling – A small-batch rye whiskey from Wilderness Trail distillery that is made with a mash bill of 56% rye, 33% corn and 11% malted barley, matured in heavily-charred barrels and bottled in bond. The result is a nose full of lemon peel, satsuma, apple, peppery rye spice, vanilla caramel and floral honey aromas.
