70cl / 45.1% / Distillery Bottling – This impressive 36-year-old single malt from Tomatin is part of its Rare Casks range and was matured in a combination of ex-bourbon barrels and ex-oloroso butts. It is surprisingly sprightly for its age and proffers floral, fruity aromas of rosehip, mango and fruitcake on the nose, with notes of heather, honey and toasted chestnuts on the palate.
